At Climate Hub Tanzania, we recognize the intersectionality of climate action and gender, understanding that women and girls are disproportionately affected by the impacts of climate change. We are committed to empowering young girls and women to become effective environmental leaders, transforming them into agents of change within their communities.

Women as Agents of Change

Given that women are among the most affected by climate change, it is crucial to equip them with the knowledge, skills, and opportunities to lead the fight against environmental degradation. Our programs are designed to elevate women's voices, enabling them to actively participate in decision-making processes and community-based climate actions.
